The Subscriber may cancel their recurring subscription at any time through their My Account Dashboard.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and the Subscriber will retain access to the service until the end of that period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

NEON BULB, S.L. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access immediately for any breach of these T&Cs, particularly regarding content redistribution or age verification.

8.1.1 Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 103 m RDL 1/2007)

The execution of the BUKKAKERY.COM subscription service begins immediately after payment confirmation and the granting of access to the video-on-demand (VOD) content or the download function.

CHECKOUT ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By formalizing the purchase of any subscription (SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM, DIAMOND), the user must grant their prior express consent and their acknowledgment that, once access to the content has begun, they lose their right of withdrawal.

Therefore, once the user has accessed the content or initiated a download, no refunds will be issued for the subscription fee paid, except in the case of a verifiable billing error.

8.1.2 Cancellation vs. Refund

• Subscription Cancellation: The subscriber may cancel the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time through their Account Dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period already paid. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

Once NEON BULB, S.L. has received and verified the condition of the returned product, the full amount paid by the Customer for that product (including initial shipping costs, if applicable) will be refunded within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer.
